We are a small business established in 1998 by proprietor Richard Swales and another colleague who both worked for a number of years for British Gas & City Services UK Ltd.

We have built up a customer database approaching 500 regular service customers which is growing on a Monthly basis as we take on new customers. The majority of our business has come from recommendations and very little advertising which we feel is by far the best way to gain new and regular customers.

We carry out a lot of local work for contractors, house builders and professional landlords as well as a lot of private customers. All our dedicated and loyal staff are like-minded and take pride in the work that they carry out.
